I am going to guess it's a Magic Chef made range. I had posted a CL link a while back to a harvest gold MC that looked very similar, but probably older. Also often MC's BOL ranges would say "The Energy Engineered Range", probably to fill in for lack of a clock or other features. That stacked indicator light was also common on their ranges.
I've also seen a few Dixie 20" that looked similar to this, and MC did buy Dixie at one point.
