Amana Front Loader

Saw a 3.5 cu ft front loader on the Amana website. List price is $599.00. This must be a Whirlpool right? I didn't think that they made a washer in that cu ft, the Duet sport is 3.7 cu ft. Anyone seen one of these; or used, or own one?

I saw an ad the other day in the paper for an Amana branded but made by Samsung pair. Maybe that's what it was?

Did it say they were made by Samsung? What are Samsung FL's like?

This is the former Maytag MAH6700 washer that was/is manufactured by Samsung. They're ok, I guess. I was never a big fan them though. I was really surprised when WP brought this washer to market. I just figured they's use the Sport design like they did for the Maytag EpicZ washer that is out now. They must have had a contract left over from Maytag, or they had a bunch in the warehouse that they just rebadged. Anyway, if it's what you want, buy it, i always say.
