Before sending my Panasonic upright to the curb took the motor out of the machine. Have no idea of value but if anyone wants just drop me a line.
Unit worked fine but it was getting on and needed a cord replacement and despite having the on/off switch (fixed) a few years back it quickly went again.
Happily someone moving out of the building gave us a Eurkea Mighty Mite and have the Miele "electric broom" so am well sorted vacuum cleaner wise. Decided to just heave the Panasonic which was taking up room in a closet (it got very little use after the Miele arrived) but kept a few bits.

Have a Miele canister that need to part out as well. Darn thing won't start and cannot figure out if it is the cord winder or motor. Both will come out and the rather beaten up shell rubbished.
