It doesn’t appear to be a bluebell. Unless it’s been painted over.
Dose the tub hold water? Any leaking onto the motor. Where was the spark’s coming from? Cord or motor ?
The most common problems with these machines is the index slide in the wringer (easy fix) that part holds or locks the wringer in place when locking wringer in position. If the agitator post seal leaks..water can get into the gear box (power unit) and if bad enough will cause oil to drip down left back leg or out of a weep hole on the cross bar. If the tub seal gasket is leaking, water could drip onto motor
Sparking has me thinking of bad electric connections or possibly of a bad electric motor. Possibly serviceable, repairable or replaceable.
I don’t see a lever in the pics so I’m assuming it’s wasn’t a pump model but gravity drain.
I see Gulmite bolts. You may need a Gulmite wrench to turn those if you’re going that far..don’t go that far if you don’t have to. LOL
