........................

Even when you are having a really, really bad day, someone will still screw you.

appropriate?

come on now....seriously.

I seriously do not think this is appropriate or even the least bit funny.

I swear sometimes you guys just talk to hear yourselves talk - as if you don't get enough attention otherwise.

This post needs to be removed, and the poster needs a good swift talkin' too.

That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.

ridiculous

What's your point, Gary?

Oh I see.

You're screwing me with my head stuck in a mouse trap.

Very funny.

Thanks.

stale cake and rodents

Gary -

Shove that stale cake up your mouse infested ass, dude.

AT LEAST this post is on topic.

Hhmmm...I agree, delete it

"The Super Discussions Forum for topics relating to all laundry detergents and additives, old and new, as well as off topic. conversations such as other vintage appliances and vintage electronics, etc."

Its amazing what you can do with Photoshop these days!!!!I'm at pains to think that this is all we can come up with to discuss here!!!leave it elswhere I say...IMHO

Gary

Valiant effort. You tried. Hey, we all know you make a fresh cake each time you post. Opinions are like "noses" (better choice of words...save not to offend anyone), everyone has one. It's how we choose to convey them that sometimes causes ill feelings. Just tryin to keep it light, not uptight.

It's not a Photoshop job. It is a real photo.

Sorry if anyone got offended by it. Yes, it's gross, but is also a stunning commentary on the base ruthlessness of the animal kingdom. You can see far worse and far grosser than this during any trip to the local zoo.

But again, the last thing I would ever want to do is offend anybody.

Maggie, this is appalling. I can only imagine the decayed mentality that would conjure up the idea to broadcast such filth and wickedness.....

... just kidding! i thought it was kinda funny. not appropriate, but still amusing.

and btw, i woulda taken the cake and ran! white cake with beaten frosting... YUM.

Well, again, had I imagined that even one person would have been offended, I would not have posted it. I truly thought it was funny. Disgusting, yes. But funny also. I mean, the sheer irony of it.

I am glad that my Ethel Smith posting seemed to meet with unanimous favor - perhaps that would redeem me somewhat in those eyes otherwise looking askance?! :)

Offering a cake

Is an old tradition on this site, a suggestion that we all cool it.
Regardless of the tastefulness or dis- of the topic, I think some words were said here which did not need saying.
That birthday cake pleases me. I like it, I like the rainbow jar.
I really hope to earn it on my 50th birthday, coming up soon.
We can all disagree and discuss - after all, I tease Toggleswitch unmercifully, but if I didn't feel great affection for him, I wouldn't. Thought that applied to all of us here.
The christianists are the enemies, not our sisters and straight friends.

Hey! What's Jason's birthday cake doing in here? You an Indian-giver Gary? ;0)

You're on the money with your comments Maggie. There is a base ruthlessness, but also an amusing innocence in this. Unlike us humans, who do far worse things to each other and all other living creatures with deliberate intent, out of boredom, opportunism and wanton cruelty, every second of every day.

What satisfaction is to be gained by depriving others here from enjoying this post?

Love the pic and the irony.

Cheers
