Another Miele 1926 in ATL

The dryer is the same size as mine. I never knew I was using a toy...

Yeah, but a 1515 is too small for a load out of the larger 1926... Hardly a toy, but undermatched for the washer. However, for the price, it's very hard to resist...
The "toy" reference is just a joke...

Do you ever come across Miele Largest machines used? I can't remember what model that is. It is the largest W/D set that they came out with a couple of years ago.
I saw a listing on Craigslist awhile back, but the price they wanted was only $100 less than what they cost new.

I've only seen them in the window at the showroom on the corner of Piedmont and Cheshire Bridge, and at Sewell Appliances in Sandy Springs (a great place to look for KA dishwashers behind their store).

No, no size queen at all. I find the load fit in my 1515 to be tight after washing in the 1918. But then, I tend to wash "full" loads which some would say they were "Bob" loads. If you did that with the 1926, the 1515 would definitely be "over-Bobbed".

I do agree that the washer holds a lot more than the dryer can, I struggle to put a full load from my W2888 into my T4888C dryer. Both are 5.5kg but the washer holds a lot more in a mixed load.
I would agree that a load from the 6.5kg machines into the 5.5kg dryer would be a squeeze.
It is only the US that has dryers with a footprint greater than 24" x 24" or 60cmx60cm. We have 3.5kg machines that have a footprint of 60cm wide by 45cm deep and they work admirabley if not overloaded. The rest of the world is just used to splitting a load if necessary, or not being entirely dependant on the clothes dryer for drying everything.
If you think the size makes them a toy, I guess the 2400watts to 3200watts max that they run at depending on country makes them even more toyland. The rest of the world is just used to it taking 90 odd minutes per load to dry

I was going to get that dishwasher that you posted from CL.
The board is bad. They don't mention that on the ad. When I questioned her, she said that all you have to do is turn the power to the dishwasher on and off a few times, and it will work in one cycle.
I have never found one this model without a bad board. They are good dishwashers, and rare, but this one is not worth it.
