This one has an aristocratic price. Can't tell if this is one that keeps making the rounds. $10,000 is a lot to spend on an old stove. It does look like it has a substantial griddle. In the San Fernando Valley.

From what I've seen...

Straight from professional restoration, these are about $12k. Professionally restored but used for a while, they tend to be about $6-8k. Never restored--I don't know. But that price doesn't seem quite right.

This is certainly one of the expensive models among the vintage gas ranges. Magic Chef 6300 and those giant old Reliables are the only ones that go for more, as far as I know.
