any"bicenetennial"editions 1974-76 ?

A woman we went to church with had a '76 Buick...it looked like my mother's 76 Century but was white with blue across the bottom of the doors and had a blue eagle and something about 76 on it (I was only 5 years old so couldn't read much yet).

Free Spirit?

This is a '75.
But could it have been a Free Spirit?
I believe they made them in '76 also, but I'm pretty sure the '76 version was silver.

<span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #008000;">Another bicentennial item. A Magnavox "Spirit of 76" secretary stereo. This one's covered up in my garage. I may eventually get to it. For $10 I couldn't say no. It's full of 8 tracks too. </span>

I'm sure that Buick was white and the blue writing was only at the lower portion of the door.  I'm pretty sure it was a Regal or Century, but like I said, I was only 5.
