I've got medium-hard water but even a full scoop on a hot wash in my AEG with the jet system doesn't suds up. You must have really really soft water!

med water i think i just over dosed on it it seemed to get sudsy at the end of the wash

Plymouth (as with Durham), have about the softest of soft water you can get, not a single speck of limescale to be seen!
