I found this searching Maxim convection oven parts on Google. I don't know if they can help.

In the limited searching I did, I found several people in need of the door or handle. It makes me glad I bought the Farberware oven.

Thanks for the link, but it seems yes whilst everyone needs the part I do, they are NLA from Salon or elsewhere.

Given my kitchen/cooking area arrangements the Farbarware is too large, also don't use convection *that* often to keep it out on the counter. Wanted something "small" and that can be put up in the pantry when not in use as a back up to the Cuisinart.

We actually had one of these back in 1983 at a restaurant I worked at to heat Dinner rolls with. Sturdy little bugger. Never broke down in the 4 years I was there.
