Attached below is some additional info that I found. This was an expensive little toy when it was new. Hate to be around it when it sprung a leak.

The "salad maker" is what I called the food processor. The hook attachment is a dough hook.
I remember our next-door neighbors had one of those when I was a kid...they are cool!

My Aunt Ruth had one of those, I was fascinated with it as a child; ALWAYS volunteered to do dishes at her house! The ultra-violet lamp to disinfect vegetables was soooo cool. That's a beauty!

In our area they sold them along with packets of powdered milk that were reconstituted in the blender demonstrating a savings that would pay for the machine in 2 years for a family of 6 milk drinkers. The mixer side performs much like a Bosch. They are a real work horse although the drive for the mixer side was known to crack rendering it inoperatable.

That's the exact model we had growing up. It was followed by the Dishmaster and may have been bought out by them. My Mom had a flying it when she saw this was the dishwasher that they said was free if you bought the disposal they also made.Her mother,Mado, loved it and used it regularly.My sister and brother though demolished the attachments including the disposal cover that had to be attached in order for it to work (batch feed)at all. We figured out how to press the button inside the cavity and,of course,one time when it was my turn to do the dishes.I went to grind the food particles up and a paring knife had fallen,sharp edge up and severely cut up my index finger. not long after that,we removed the disposal and used the regular kind of stoppers that would catch the particles and keep the drain open.Wow,I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.

That "Electro-sink" center looks interesting--It appears the machine is packed in what looks like salesmans cases for DTD presentation.A few things though-the blender,mixer look like they only prepare very small amounts.And I would be concerned about using the UV light all of the time.But the device looks like a great addition to any appliance collection and the thing looks gently used-for sales presentations?

I wonder how durable it is. An electric button for hot and cold water? This was the unit I saw somewhere and was asking about in that earlier thread about the Hotpoint Sink/DW combination.
This is an entirely different company and product. I wonder how many they sold and how long they lasted? Anybody know?

I am about to retire one of these units from my Mother's home. She just passed away and has had one working since 1964.
I know this is an old thread... But I can testify that this unit is of quality design and there is absolutely no danger using the device. It runs off of low voltage from a power supply located under the sink.
