Application for Bob-load certification

Today I made Cinnamon rolls, Ginger snap cookies, and 

Kris Kringles.

All seven pans of cinnamon rolls were done at the same time using three racks and convect-bake.

Normal cycle, Hi-Temp scrub, Sani-rinse,

Cascade Platnium.  Cycle time approx 88 min.

Here is my application for a Bob Load certificate. Had to have our Christmas dinner today as everyone here works for Disney and have to work Friday. First picture is the dinner and the next three are clean up. Used the Full cycle with high temp wash, steam and Finish Quantum Max and in the open cup due to the hard water detergent booster

Mike, if those markings are not graphics design of the pattern, but real food soil, you'll get BobLad certification.  If that's just graphis/pattern, nada.  We gotta see dirty dishes!!

Wow, I can smell those awesome cinnamon rolls all the way to the Minnesota prairie! Can't eat them anymore, but I enjoy making them for friends.

Convection is a wonderful option, isn't it? I use it quite often now that I have a double-oven range. The Frigidaire's manual recommends using it whenever baking on two racks.

I did four racks at a time when doing the cookies.  The rolls needed more space so only able to do three racks with them.
