Are parts from Tappan EOTKLV-50 interchangeable with EOKLVR-31 wall oven?

I have a 1958 Tappan Visualite EOKLVR-31 stainless double wall oven, works fine except that the oven temperature does not match the dial. Also the clock doesn't work. I've located a Tappan EOYKLV-50 about an hour away that apparently is in working condition and am wondering whether I should buy it to part it out to repair my wall ovens. Do the two ovens use interchangeable parts?
