Re: Hi! Todd & Gary:
Hi! Todd and Gary, did you replace the Ariston {USA} Washers and Dryers, with the larger-capacity LG Combo's, I'm assuming? I certainly hope that you don't have any problems with them, like Peterski had with his. How many Machine Units did you have of the Ariston's and how many LG Combo's are replacing them?
Good Luck with the LG's, "BTW" how are you LG Washer and Dryer at home doing, I hope they are still going real good for you.
I'm still happy with my Compact Combo, other than the Capacity and the length of time it can take for a full Cycle of Wash, Dry and the Cool-Down. That is why I put a Compact Kenmore 110-Volt Dryer on top of my LG Compact Combo, so I can Dry a Load, while Washing another Load. As I've mentioned in another Posting Thread, I do once in a while a full Cycle, just to make sure that everything stays running smoothly. I just did a Load of Whites, including Underware, Socks and Towels and I split the Load between the Combo and the Kenmore Compact Dryer. The Underware and Socks are being Dried in the Kenmore and the Towels are being Dried in the Combo. After the Towels are Dried {see below} next Paragraph.
The only other thing that I don't really like about my LG Compact Combo and it might be all Combo's that are Condensor Drying, is that when I take the Laundry out, after a complete Cycle of Washing & Drying, I don't like the smell of everything. It gives a smell of Steam, so I put everything that was Washed & Dried in the Combo, into my Compact Kenmore Dryer, for about a 15-minute Time-Dry Cycle, to freshen-up the smell of the Laundry.
Peace, Great Laundry Days, with your LG Combo's, Steve
