Good day to all.
I bought myself a Siemens Freezer about a month ago, on arival I noticed that it had two dents on both corners of the door. I said that I paid R10 000.00 Rand (about 1200 dollars) for is and that it should be fixed. Eventually they brought me a new door without the Siemens branding. I said sorry I want the one with the Siemens brand on it. You dont buy a Mercedes and get one without all of the stars and branding. That is why you pay more for a name. Eventually they brought me a new one, after a day I noticed the dents in the door again. exactly the same spots.
So now I have heard that if they dont fill the door properly with the isolating foam there is vacuum and when the door gets cold, the door will eventually dent inwards. Is this possible and would like to hear some of your advice in this regard.
Regards
