Beautiful Blue Imperial Dryer

Hello, found this website looking for the value of a vintage dryer we have in an estate sale. It is an Imperial Mark XII dryer that works and is in great shape. The sale is this weekend, but I'd much rather sell it to someone that appreciates it for the vintage piece it is and this would seem to be the place to do that. I snapped some photos for your consideration and it is located in Springfield, Missouri. Please let me know if you might be interested in it, otherwise it will likely be auctioned/liquidated at the end of the sale.

Is it gas or electric?

What is the approximate production date?

LRE = 1967 model year, electric.  Can't read the serial tag for production year/week.

The washer is evidently long gone. It is electric, you can see part of the plug in the first picture.

The 'UL' on the Serial Plate is what I noticed!

I thought someone here once had a washer that might be ALMOST the right companion for this dryer... Exact turquoise color & everything!

Yes, except that it isn't turquoise it's blue. That was a special color Whirlpool made for a year or two.

The color code in the model number is T.  Anyone have details on color codes from this period?
