Hi Phil
Column C is for bodystyles and facia colours:
bold capital 'R' is for a confirmed round door machine.
lower case 'r' is for a guess at a round door.
bold capital 'S' is for square door.
lower case 's' is for a guess at a round door.
I am pretty sure that all the 'r' and 's' can be converted to bold and capital - its just I am going through my photo library and am capitalising stuff only once I have formally checked it.
The 'b' after the bodystyle letter is for facia colour, this one being for brown.
In due course there will be:
w - white
s - silver
s/b - silver and brown
pw - polar white (stolen from Hotpoint, but I dont know what Bendix's formal name was for the all white, late series machines).
Other codes will include:
com - compact
cds - condenser
and then any others I think of as I go along.
A load of evenings researching ahead!
Paul
