Well if you can read this then the "Black Hole" hasnt appeared yet..!!!

Here`s hoping we find answers!!!fascinating project!!!, one of the 10,000 world wide scientists (largest % are American) working on this project is a neighbour of mine who has been canvassing his work for some time now....he`s one of the key team at Liverpool University!!!

Fascinating such a project can bring together people from all walks of life to work together for a common aim!!!

Who Switched It On...!!!

The gentleman & scientist who was tasked with the "big Bang Switch On" is Dr. Lyn Evans who hails a couple of miles from the Hoover Washing Machine factory at Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, the only remaining Hoover washing machine Plant in operating today!!!

I can't think of a better use for

ten billion dollars than the advance of our knowledge.
The usual christianist whack-jobs in the US actually tried to 'stop' the project, thank goodness Europe is a bit more sane.
Now comes the interesting part - finding out:
a) 99% of what we thought we knew, we didn't
b) it doesn't matter, because now we have some new ideas to play with and that's the best reason to experiment of all.

Its an exciting time in Physics

with this machine they are making the cross over to astronomy!

I will be very interested to see if they actually find a Higgs Boson!!!
