Blackstone 150 Arrives

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I plugged it in and it even works! I won't wash in it until a thorough going-over, but it looks encouraging so far.

The control dial is controlled by the transmission, gears run the "Auto-Trol" timing mechanism. When the machine changes from one function to another - the dial literally flips around, very cool!

What no washing pictures yet!

Wonderful Greg, congrats. I'm thrilled it arrived safe and sound. Looks like its in great shape! We are all hungry for some Blackstone 150 washing pictures.

Congratulations Greg!! You are going to love that Blackstone. That washer is built to last forever and I won't be surprised if it needs very little work to run! Can't wait to see all you new toys!! Terry

WOOHOO!!! Congrats Greg on the beautiful 150; glad it finally arrived, and in one piece!! I can't believe that it still works either! The way the dial moves when it advances is just too cool; one swift, smooth "clunk"! The mechanics look very nice, and like you mentioned, do appear different than Roger's 350...check out that extra-tall pump shaft! Best of luck on getting it up and running.

Now to find a Petticoat for it...dare I say lint filter as well? ;-)

Hey Greg, nice save there! That cast iron sure looks beefy and in very good shape. Looks like this shouldn't be too much of a challenge to you. Thanks for the 'working' pics!

BTW - that Liberator looks amazing! Will it be replacing the gassy 'Tag?

Ben

Greg, congratulations. I sure loved playing with Roger's Blackstone this past weekend. And I know you're tickled pink to be in the process of being liberated. Don't burn your jockstrap yet though. lol
