two days ago I won a Blackstone wringer washer 331p. She runs great leaking a little oil and leaks water, runs like a charm. can anybody shed some light on this beauty? looking for an instruction manual. Mike

I could send you a copy of the parts breakdown for this model, but I don't have any parts for Blackstones anymore.
My Mom Had A Blackstone Washer Purchased after the war
Gosh what a thrill is was to see the inside of your washer and to see it's unique agitator. I remember Mom saying that that agitator cleaned cloths better and in less time. The speed is faster than other washers and instead of making the water move the cloths from bottom to top and back down again. The Blackstone agitator makes the water spin like 3 tornadoes. I hope that analogy is understandable to you.
Mom had 3 wringer washers. The Blackstone was the first. A Barton was the second that Dad got for nothing from someone. We had a bendix tumbler for a while till we found part of the inside tub would snag cloths. The third Wringer washer was a Maytag. The square porcelain tub model. Later An automatic washer did the job as Mom got old...
You have no idea how long I have searched the internet just to see a picture and now to see an actual washer with that agitator in tact.
I was too young a boy to have fixed that washer, though now I could have fixed it in a heart beat.]
For me it truly triggers a nostalgic feeling of times gone by. A little boy at the time just sitting on the basement steps listening to the almost soothing sound of the agitation... ton..tun..ton..tun..ton..tun
One more thing.. I remember mom said that the washer tended to turn the cloths inside out while washing. Under ware and t-shirts.
