I was wondering what detergent people are using for boil washing. I currently sparingly use Persil powder that I bought up discontinued a while back, but I'll be out of it soon.
I've tried other powders, like the Kirkland bucket, which tends to over-suds, and standard Tide powder, which seems to break down and get smelly with 200 degree heat. I can still use liquid Persil, but my Miele doesn't have provision for liquids in the second stage of wash. The dispenser will hold a powder just fine, but all liquid ends up in round one.
Does anyone know of a powder that can withstand high temperature washing?
