Caloric Stove Question

So, can I ask you experts why some Caloric Ultramatics from 1955-1957 have windows in the front and some don't. And when color was introduced? I'm looking to find one of these specifically from 1955 and I see some for sale that are exactly the same, but either robin's egg blue or without the oven window like the one above. Help please!
