I see three temps on the left
Three fabric (speeds) on the right
And four water levels on the far right.

Don't know what model number it equates to, though.

An A406 or A407?

A407. One speed motor, but had three selections: Regular, Permanent Press, and Gentle. Pre fabir matic but had same idea with intermittant agitation and pauses in between for the Gentle selection.
