Our good friends came up for the weekend, I made a big pot of homemade soup for lunch, and for dinner I made a Christmas meatloaf with Italian sausage and turkey with lots of bright colored vegetables, Alton Browns Mac and cheese, Green Beans and Chocolate Cobbler for dessert, pics to follow.

No , But I will, its easy

Chocolate Cobbler ..In a square 8 inch Pyrex dish, Melt 6 TBSP butter in the oven set at 350, While butter melts..

Mix.

1 cup self rising flour

1 1/2 TBSP cocoa powder

Blend in

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

Pour over melted butter, do not stir

Sprinkle over batter

1 cup sugar mixed with 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over all

Bake 30 min at 350, Serve with vanilla ice cream.

chocolate cobbler

is so delicious!!!  Hmmm, haven't made one in a while...let's see what we have in the cupboard.  This is the EXACT same recipe I have except mine calls for a 9x13 pyrex dish.  I started using 3/4 cup of milk a couple years ago...makes a little juicier.
