The dishwasher was never hooked to water! Why don't they show the refrigerator? I wonder if they used a ladder to access the topmost cabinet? Why is it so great that it is out of the Chromecraft Plant?
Interesting configuration. The dishwasher looks like a 1960 or 1961 model - that being the case the line 'never hooked up to water' may in fact mean 'the lid gasket is completely shot and it leaks like a sieve so we stopped using it'....

Here's the fridge. For some reason it did not load in my original post. I get the impression that this whole kitchen has been removed from it's original (Chromecraft) installation, and it's the current owner who has never hooked the dishwasher up to water for a trial run.

I'm guessing that the top cabinet is just sitting there, not meant to be a serious configuration. In fact, it reminds me of the cabinet that sits over our smallish fridge here in this compartment(aka "apartment")

Who? Someone (or someones) who thinks that we should be impressed that this was the executive kitchen at Chrome Craft and that it is turquoise and that it is in very good shape. I'm not saying they are in firm touch with reality, however.
That dishwasher does not look like it was used much if at all.

I'm dying here, but I can't afford this auction. What is interesting to me here is that we've got a 1960 GE drop-in stove with a 1959 Refrigerator freezer and a Princess SU-66 that has to be from 1962 because that's the year they switched from Pink on pink plastisol to White on blue. Up to this listing I thought this model was discontinued after 1961. Could be a precocious 1961 model but of course no one can tell without looking at the rating plate.
If that dishwasher was the Custom 4-Cycle I'd be bidding on this. The machine looks a little schmutzy for one that hasn't been used. Boy, Paul, if there ever was a Pull-Out with your name on it...

Exactly our first dishwasher except we had the pink interior.
