Convertible with a simple step?

Does that simple step consist of splicing a 220v end on the 110 cord?

You remove the timer dial, pull the gas dryer away, slide an electric dryer into its place and replace the timer knob from the electric dryer with the knob from the gas dryer. It is easier to convert an electric dryer to gas, if you have all of the parts.
