I make a crescent almost exactly like the one posted. Difference is mine calls for 1/2c. butter and 1/2c. shortening. All butter makes the cookies too soft. my recipe call for the dough to spend 3+ hours in the fridge, does make them easier to work with. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes, do not allow to brown.
