That's not TOL. But, it's an extra-large capacity 2-speed washer. It's the model below mine which I bought in Aril, 1977, but probably same age if not older, when tht color was still offered by GE. The dryer is most likely the TOL std. capacity dryer.

Those are very attractive machines in GE's unshaded brown they called Coffee. However, the lighting is making them look somewhat lighter than the deep rich color I remember it to be.
