Hey guys
Sorry that I've been absent from the site for awhile but work got the best of me--- very little time for fun and adventure.
Finally got the Lady K set up and running and thought you might like to see pics of the first successful wash!

YEAH! Love that set Jim, its just like Mikes in Long Beach........You did a great job on it. So exciting to see it......That is a great set that is so much fun to use......

Those towels look spanking, sparkling clean. Jane Wyatt would be so proud!!! I've never known a Kenmore that had the detergent dispenser flush during rinse--and I"m not talking about the later triple dispers found on the last of the keyboard LKs either. Our Kenmore 800 did do that nor have I seen any other LK do that with the bleach & fabric softner dispensers located on the front left. Beautiful set and thanks for the pics. How did the dryer do?

BTW Jim, the washer that is 2nd over on the left from the LK, is that some sort of Norge-based product? I don't recognize that panel at all and am fascinated!!

Jim, that is one beautiful washer!! Congratulations this was always one of my favorite Lady Kenmore's!!!

I forget what Sears called it but that was one of if not my absolute favorite oscilating agitator of all the Kenmores! I had changed it onto a Whirlpool large capacity washer I had and what a difference there was between that and the Surgilator! Great find and great job on restoration!

Beautiful!

Those pictures were awesome. I was also surprised that this Lady had water flush through the detergent dispenser just as Appnut said. I also did not think a Kenmore model with the seperate fabric softener dispenser would need to do this. You did a fantastic job restoring it.

Have a good one,
James
