i love my danby!
I bought a used danby machine from CL a while back - looks like the edgestar. We have it here at the office, on the floor under the sink. Its hooked to a cold water supply and heats the water on its own with the SaniWash feature. I've been VERY impressed with it - the water gets hot enough to burn your fingers if you try and take the dishes out right after the cycle. Sometimes we have problems with residue if i have cream-of-wheat, but thats like cement to begin with.
I have another one I picked up and repaired a while ago on CL now for sale. I would reccomend this one over the Haier models - it seems much more robust, just like a regular model but scaled down.
