Craigslist

Until I joined this site I had never heard of Craigslist, although I now seem to find references to it everywhere. I more recently discovered that it is not confined to USA but it exists in other countries, including UK and Hungary. I just had a look at the two parts of UK I know best, Birmingham / West Midlands and Aberdeen. Most of the ads turned out to be in USA. For example I would guess this item must be in Birmingham, Alabama:

Up at the top of the ad, on my browser, it says:

CL > birmingham, UK > all for sale / wanted > appliances - by dealer

Malcom : That's one I forgot to mention - I have used it. The alerts they sent me weren't very helpful. I only speak for my own experience...worth trying.
