DE50 Part Help

Hey all, I think I put in a previous thread I got a portable Maytag avocado DE50 dryer from a gal in Columbia back in December. It tumbles and heats up fine only problem is the vent fan belt is broken. And here's where my naivete shows

1. What is the part number?
2. Is it a discontinued item or something I could possibly get at the Maytag store?
3. Were they originally supposed to have casters on the bottom or was that for only the harvest gold/almond models?
