demo codes for the HE3T

Does anyone (possibly a former Sears Salesperson) know the key sequence that runs the HE3T washer's demo cycle? I saw this at the store - a series of strokes on the cycle buttons, in a specific order, commands the machine to run a demo spin, so you can see just how ridiculously fast it is. Knowing this (and assuming it's likely part of every machine's microchip) would be handy for use as an extractor.

This was on the older HE3T, not the current HE4T.

The machine doesn't have a "spin only" cycle? I have an He4t that has a spin cycle. I can set it on whatever speed I want. It tumbles for a minute and then spins for about 4 or 5 minutes.

here's how-

Select the Drain/spin cycle then set the speed control to "no spin" then push "prewash" followed by "water temp". Then push "prewash" and "water temp" a second time. Your demo will then start.

Did this with my HE3. It worked, but it spun faster than it ever has in normal use.

How about the Duet? Mine doesn't have a prewash button.

Just tried it on my He4t...worked!

Ok, for the Duet, it's the drain/spin cycle, select no spin then press rinse hold, then water temp, then rinse hold, then water temp again. It's rele cool! I love how loud it gets! Especially when ya do it with the door open!

Tried it verbatum on my HE3T, not, did not work.

I have tried this before from a previous posting. Same results. NO SPIN.

Maybe I am crazy.
