Give it up!

I would and I am even more sure that my wife would give up the Duet FL for this machine. Too bad I have no way of getting it down to Palm Coast!

Anyone planning a trip down south on I-95. I will pay the costs!

There have been quite a few KitchenAid washers with the turquoise agitator for sale here in Fresno. One set was absolutely beautiful.

I Agree!

These machines are a rare and coveted set. And if they are in mint condition, all the better.

Grab them! You wont be sorry!

never really considered buying them, but they did catch my eye. I'm gonna have to think about this. $150 for the washer, $125. for the dryer. ...and of course in Almond, bisque, bone? Would this have the turquoise agitator with the chrome ring around the fabric softener?
Why is the timer so special? RapidAdvance?

Well, In order to save this KitchenAid set above, I would need to take up a paypal collection in order to buy them. I blew my money wad on a few other toys earlier this month. I could hold them for another club member if they are really worth the trouble. I would have to hire a dude with a truck to pick them up, so that would be another expense to add to the mix. OK, On tuesday of this week I decided to go appliance picking. which means I found a washer in another part of the state that would require a day trip to get. So I rented a cargo va from Enterprise, took my picking trip and decided while I still had the van to give this seller another jingle. Well, she tells me that the least she would take was $250. I told her that I didn't have that much money and I would not be coming to get them at that price. Fast forward to today's batch of Craig's postings. And there for all to see, she dropped the price to $200. Now I have the money, but not the van.
She is driving me crazy. Does anyone want me to get these for them? I don't want them to go to the recyclers.

@Techopolis

Contact the seller and tell her either she wants the things gone or not. If so give your best offer and state it includes our time and money for van/petrol, etc... If she agrees you'll pick up the units and if not she can die with them, end of discussion.

While the units are *unique* the fact no one has beat a path to the seller's door (other than probably scrappers on the prowl for a freebie), should her something.

I sent here an email yesterday,(sunday 8/5), asking if they had been sold.. Not heard back from the seller. So my next step will be to call her and see if they have been purchased by someone who prob doesn't even care what they are just to leave em under a carport. I'll post if they gone!
