Sherri, my old stand by was the Hamilton Beach #33, but this years excursions has opened the door to mixers I never knew existed. Oster makes the flat out hands down nicest heaviest powerfulest mixer out there.
BUT then I discovered Myers Bullet Mixers! The Osters have had to step aside! What a mixer! Well it should be as Myers went on to make heavy industrial versions today for the paint, food and plastics industries. Ebay "Myers Mixers" and you will find giant spindle mixers for every purpose.
