Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Luxes
Dr. Mitch,
Outstanding if I may say so. Both those model types, 30 and 60, are in the Metropolitian Musem of Art in NYC as they are considered such attractive vacuums with timeless lines.
When I was a kid, (and, yes, Fred, there was electricity back then), my Mother had both versions. My parents had two homes and there was a lux in each. I used to vacuum up dirt, leaves, fireplace ash, marbles, whatever with the 30 since you could open it up, shake out the bag and start all over again!
The 61 on the far left is really unique with the wheels. Not too many of those are still around and none in THAT condition. Thanks for the pics.
Got anymore?
