early 1960s GE clothes conditioner

i have an early 1960s ge clothes conditoner. The moter trips out after 10 15 seconds...any suggestions

Make sure the tub turns freely. Otherwise it is probably bad motor bearings.

or maybe centrifigal start switch not dropping out?

Thanks guys..any place to get parts for this thing...other than that it is in mint condition

Have you tried running the motor,without the belts on? Might help diagnose whether it's the motor,or the drum bearings.

Depends on which part you need. I would bet some items interchange into the later dryers.
