Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Hi Darren.

Fingers crossed for some happy shopping tomorrow!

My understanding of the 9526 mirrors that of Dan's - the 9526 is a standard non-aquarius machine going by the title of 'ELECTRONIC 800 DE LUXE'.
The replacement machine - the 9527 - was the first 800rpm Aquarius Wash System Machine, as was the 9537 for 1000rpm although it was 9546 for the 1200rpm which boasted variable spin.

The 9526 features were in descending order:

Rinse Hold
Half Load
Slow Spin
&
Economy Wash

Have fun tomorrow.
Cheers

Hey Paul, Steve and others,

Cheers for the congratulations! Moved to university this weekend so gutted that I couldn't play with the '77 Lavamat, can't wait til my niece/nephew is born in a couple weeks though when I'll be back in Lincoln and able to play with it!

Hopefully this will be the last of my AEGs for a while (or maybe not but time will tell), my next aim is a square door Hoover!

Cheers Steve for picking that up - without you it wouldn't have been possible!

Jon

Hiya Jon.

be sure to show of that beast of a machine you have just acquired.
did steve hire a fork-lift truck to move it with? i thought mine and Robs Zanussi WD1012 was heavy - i am lead to believe that this AEG is built like the old proverbial brick sh1t house!

just lost out on the Quartz unfortunately, but the machine has gone to a collector of vintage machines though - ian etteridge, ironically of Derby. I dont know the bloke, but I know that Mike has bought some machines off him, so it looks like the Quartz will be appreciated for a number of years to come.

Hey ho - glad its safe - that all that matters to me.
Paul
