Has anyone else used this non bio liquid by Ecozone? I personally found it in Homebase and thought I would give it a try but mainly used it for wool and silk as its non bio. Cleaning was ok I think but then again the items washed were not dirty. Interested to know how others think this compares to Ecover and Method.

That's one of the few Eco liquids that I haven't tried. I was put off by the low level of surfactants to be honest.

I've settled on using Attitude laundry and cleaning products. The clean brilliantly, have no hazzerdous chemicals and smell gorgeous .Attitude also do a range of personal care products.

Do you have to mail order the Attitude products @ PaulC? I use the Ecover Delicate for my wool clothing and it brings it up nice and soft plus its Woolmark approved.

I either mail order or get Attitude products from my local health food shop. Ocado stock a lot of their products but don't deliver in Edinburgh yet. I've never tried the Ecover delicate wash as the preservative used it it is a formaldehyde releaser.

I haven't tried EcoZone either, yet. I'm not a fan of the Ecover liquids. I really don't like the smell. I can't fault their fabric softener though.

I've recently been experimenting with making my own washing powder, which has been interesting. Still need to do some more testing though.

I emailed Ecover regarding the preservative used in their delicates wash, they told me they are looking for alternatives to it but they did say that the concentration is exceptionally low (0.02%) and that as it gets rinsed away it shouldnt cause too much of a problem. Personally, i do use the delicates wash but because I rarely wash woollens, I dont come into contact with the detergents preservative (just my opinion).
I've used the concentrated non bio Ecozone liquid and their fabric softener in conjunction with the Oxygen whitener for towels and whites, I found them to be satisfactory for my needs but Ecover I felt was more convenient as I didnt have to go out of my way to buy it and I preferred the scent of the Ecover, I did find that the Ecozone liquid wasnt very sudsy but it seemed to be ok...
