We had that range but with white knobs. It came out of a sprawling Chevy Chase house with upstairs and downstairs kitchens. There was a rusted out Westinghouse combo that they had installed under the counter by removing the top of the combo's cabinet and a GE rollout dw with the handle on the front that locked down the tub cover. The combo was on the carport with its back to the street, but we recognized it by the big circular removable plate in the back panel with a screw about every 6 inches on the circumference.
The Estate range had the regular baking oven and the meat oven on the other side with only a broil element. It could be used for broiling or, at lower heat, for radiant roasting where you had to turn the meat over part way through the roasting process. There was a deep well with the old fashioned coiled wire in firebrick heating element. It had more squared lines than most 1951 ranges, as Louis noted.
