Hey guys something was brought to my attention through Facebook, it’s of hell a lot of people are using basically absolutely everything and anything to clean the washing machines they’ve got, I’m honestly really finding it irritating at this point simply it’s because people are using lemons and toothpaste to clean the seal on a front loading washing machine, and now they’re scrubbing the inside of the drum not the outside that actually gets dirty but on the inside that gets clothes,🙄 What happened to the good old days of powder in hot water

Logixx Yeah, I’m honestly kind of sick and tired of seeing

All this crap, because it seems like people who don’t know what they’re doing are trying to either sound like what they’re doing is good or they’re just trying to show “hey look what I can do!” Then they mix a bunch of chemicals and create chlorine gas

I wonder how it’s possible to have it set up

To modify a machine to have automatically warm rinses, without having to mess around with Super complicated stuff, although for a moment I did think about having the rinses be selectable in between hot warm and cold using the fuel temperature setting for the wash, but I don’t think hot wash hot rinse would do all that good

warm or hot water...never cold or at least RARELY cold... I don't even use a lot of product... Washing powder...a little fab softener...white vinegar and LCB only with whites and even that is a small amount...

I don't use clean washer cycles either..

I do wonder though.. I live in a house with AC and I keep the temp down to 72F (sometimes even 70F)... Lots of people leave their T stat way up there in the summer, like 78. I noticed one time I turned my AC up really high for like a week and mold started growing on the tile in the shower..Not to mention the fact that I couldn't stand the temp being that high..so that experiment didn't last long..

I think some of it has to do with bad washing habits but it also could be climate control

About the temp... We like it really cold.. so in the summer we keep the temp low but in the winter we keep the heat WAY down...so I guess it evens out.

Yeah, it’s honestly really surprising well actually not

Really all that’s apprising, I mean hell my mum always uses the quick cycle with 1 Costco pack of detergent Which also includes a single rinse :/ as I’m actually expecting there to be some leftover detergent from all that and she does it in cold too, While with me I like my Washers how I like my showers, hot and honestly I think she’s missing out on quite a lot when she does that style of wash

OMGLOL that was actually hilarious

It almost kinda makes me wonder should I do something similar when it comes to seeing washing machine videos on Facebook Just a little reaction in my opinion and how it should probably be done

lazy laundry habits

And yet people wonder why their clothes come out dingy and dirty and stinky. It's because of their stupid lazy laundry habits. Most people don't give a crap about their laundry. This includes college students, and others who go to a laundromat. It doesn't surprise me whatsoever. I'm done, off my soapbox. Like I said, I've seen people shove everything into 1 washer and wonder why their clothes look like crap. Are we really that stupid? I don't think so. My parents wouldn't let that slide. This is why I separate everything.
