but what I have garnered from our wringer members is yes you wash in one and rinse in the other. Or you could do two loads at once and wring into two set tubs of rinse water i guess. Must have been a real time saver down on the farm!
Endless choices depending how much clean water (especially hot) one had and how much stamina to stand around shifting all that washing back and forth between two tubs.
Those dual tub wringer units must have been a boon to large familes or anyone else with lots of washing.
