My grandmother had one of these in her house when I was a kid. There were 2 shelves recessed into the wall, with this on one and an Amana touchmatic Radarange on the other. She left both with that house when it sold. In her next house, my mom found her another Farberware for the next house , which she had on the counter.

I still have mine from 1979. If I have to use an oven in the hottest part of the summer, I carry it outside, place it on one of the dryers and bake away.
