"Bionic Woman" and "Isis"

Yes, I had the Bionic Woman doll, and the Bionic Station that went with it. Also had a Batgirl doll that I played with continually. I loved the "Isis" program too. My dad made me a medallion that looked like the "Isis" emulet. It was copper, and I use to wear it all the time. The owner of our favorite restaurant used to call me the "sun God"! Oh, what gay, gay memories!!!!!!!!

Mine have to be:

Wonder Woman
Buck Rogers
Space 1999
The A Team
Battlestar Galactica
Bionic Man / Woman
V - (About Aliens (Like lizars if I remember) which took the form of humans and they ate Hamsters)
A British kids programme called Press Gang.
There was another space type one but I cant remember the name. There was a robot which you to levitate and travel around a few feet above the ground.

Bionic Woman
Banana Splits,(best theme song ever.
Prince Planet(most favourite cartoon of all time.)
Gigantor.
World Championship Wrestling(Aussie version,I always barracked for the villains, Waldo Von Erich, Big Bad John,Bulldog Brower. do not like W.W.E stufF now, alhotugh I kind of forced to watch it because my disbaled brother is right into it, but a small price to pay for something that makes him laugh.)
The courtship of Eddie's father.
National Nine News, as I got older, who could forget Brian Henderson,(well folks, and that's the way it was today.)come back out of retirement Brian.

Saturday Night Disney

For me it was the Saturday night Disney programs all through the long summer holidays. The original opening with the fireworks and the castle.

We'd have to finish playing under the sprinkler by 5.30, so we'd have enough time to come in and get showered before it started at 6pm.

The curtains would be shut, the Big Carrier Split system on and lots of bean bags all over the floor with the Old English Sheepdogs.

Disney ran from 6-7 and then we'd go outside again and play until 9.

And furthermore.

Just to add to my list,
Star Trek
I agree with you Nathan, wonderful world of Disney was great, although here it was on 6.30 pm Sunday night, and was then followed by Star trek,a kind of treat before going to bed and getting ready for school the next day.
Gilligan's Island.
I am not sure how many Aussies may remember this but I think on Saturday morning there was a programme called the Krofft Supershow, which had several different programmes in it, I do remember Electrowoman and Dynagirl, Dr. Shrinker but I can't remember the 3rd show.maybe someone else may know it.
Petticoat Junction/Green Acres.
Prisoner,(local Aussie drama about life in a women's prison called Wentworth Detention Centre.was exported to the U.K. I believe.
I think that's it.
Cheers people.

Hey QSD-Dan....

Look up the Great Space Coaster on YouTube, I was actually able to find a few clips there, and see if it rings a bell. Actually, I'll post a link to it here.

Krofft Supershow had several different programs:

1976-77:
Dr. Shrinker (He's a mad man with an evil mind - this was my favorite)
Electrowoman and Dynagirl
Wonder Bug
The Lost Saucer (for a few episodes)

1977-78
Bigfoot and Wildboy and Magic Mongo replaced Dr. Shrinker and Electrowoman

Sid and Marty Krofft were '70s icons - wonderful shows to watch while growing up.
