First I want to start with, about a month ago I went to Tucson to pick up a few items from a good friend, Ross. I went down in my 1969 Ford truck. First long distance trip in it. Little over 100 miles from Phoenix to Tucson. This was on my way down.

While I was in Tucson, I met up with Ross, Roger, Nate and David and we got three machines loaded up into my truck. This was at the back of the truck. Westinghouse washer. The front and top panals are off to the side.

Again thank you Ross. I really appreciate the machines. I can't wait to get them all running.
Then this past Wednesday I drove to Long Beach to see another good friend of mine, Kevin. While there we loaded up the truck with 3 machines as well. You may recall me posting some pics of the 63 Lady Kenmores. Well here they are finally at my house. Washer first.

Last but not least this Frigidaire Washing machine that Kevin has so kindly held on for me for the past 8 to 10 months. Those who attended the Worlds Famous 1st Annual Signal Hill Washin Party of 2012, may remember this from there. Thanks to Jeff, we were able to get the timer unstuck. Well it is finally safe and at home. Thanks again Kevin for getting the machines and holding onto them for me.

Yay for happy homecomings!

Woo Hoo! Congrats on all these well deserving machines making it home. Curious, tho... Kevin didn't try even a little bit the old "machines? What machines?", did he?

RCD: Kevin of course tried to say, "What Machines?" but I was like, "If you ever want to see the Pink Maytag set in one piece." then Kevin was like "Oh, I found your machines, They are back here in the corner.". LOL

I only brought the Westinghouse and the two bendix machines home in my vintage truck. Since it was just from Tucson to Phoenix. The Lady kenmore set and the frigidaire were brought home in a friend's 2008 Chevy Avalanche. My truck only gets 10 mpg and thats a long distance. Unfortuneatly the avalanche only got 12 for the whole trip. Damn friend needs to give it a tuneup.

Hey Justin, I'm happy you and your cargo made it home safely!

I was happy to pick up both the Unimatic and the Lady K set for you!   Though I have to tell you, that Lady K set is very nice and came VERY close to getting lost and buried back in very dark corner!   They sure are purrrdy!

CONGRATS Justin on the beautiful Lady K's, the Westy & Bendii!   You're collection is starting to grow FAST!

Kevin
