Finally hopefully some pics

Veg, they bought the fridge locally at a small appliance store about 1/4 mile up the road. Wasn't cheap either which surprised me. It was close to $900 after taxes considering you can some fridge freezer combo's for less than that and lower end sxs starting about that price range in Canada anyways, where prices are always a little, sometimes a lot, higher than the equivalant US price depending on what it is. On top of that the Danby name/products were always a somewhat "low cost" brand, like Goldstar and Samsung were but seem to be repositioning themselves on a higher plateau.
It's a nice little appliance store, oddly located in a small residential area shopping center but he carries nice stuff. Mostly WP/KA from tol to bol and a smattering of Miele along with some LG tv's and a periphery of fancy BBQ's.

However, there is not one bottle of wine in that fridge! Do I need to round up Ida so we can send you a few?

Oh don't get me going on wine. A number of years ago my other half finally, finally after all my bugging, took up a hobby, wine-making. He bought all the equipment, those big glass bottles, bottle heaters, sterilizers blah blah blah. I'd watch and taste sometimes as he bottled dozens and dozens of bottles, and it wasn't half bad actually. They were all supposedly kept on wine racks in the room under the stairs. Not being one to tipple at home all that much myself there was a day came where I went down to his "cellar" to retrieve a bottle, to find it full of now empty bottles. I couldn't believe it.. all gone, drank, in a matter of weeks. Well anyways, that was the end of his wine making hobby. Had no choice really since I smashed those big glass wine making bottles LOL
Not to worry,, if'n when you get here I'll got to the wine store and buy a nice 4 litre box with spigot and put it in the fridge for ya. Top shelf,, in the fridge, not the wine.. LOL
