Looking at your ratings plate, the differentiation between the serial number and datecode is a lot more difficult to detect but pretty sure yours will be date code '24', judging by the rather drunk application of '4630' followed by the rather more composed application of '24'.
Plus machines had the date code on the right hand side of the serial number through to the end of the 1970s.

Date code '24' would date your machine to December 1963 - possibly made a nice Christmas present for someone.
