My dad used to order the sauce by the case.

 

I ate there back in 1995 when I put a POS system in a store in Elkin.  2 years later, I did a store in Winston-Salem and one of the blokes said let's do a keatons run!  And sho' nuff, he came back an hour later with some Keatons.

 

It is without question, the best chicken I've had.

Yep...

Its not but 15 or 20 minutes away, Mocksville is between Winston Salem and Statesville, and Keatons is between Mocksville and Statesville on the old road, Come visit sometime and we will go there for dinner!
