A friend of mine told me this "secret" and recipes I use come out consistently well! Try making bread on a hot and humid day, measuring out 1 c. of flour, and try on a cold dry day ...
Very interesting site! Love the pictures, it's almost like being in the kitchen as the item is made. The French cottage Pie looks interesting, I always wanted to try oxtail.
