Is substitution all right

Like lemon juice so it smells like lemon

and I have platinum soap already

Lemon juice has many components, including sugars and citric acid, not in the other stated ingredients. It's not a reasonable substitute for either water or alcohol.  You'd need to test whether it as an addition impairs the performance of the homemade concoction.
